Personalised items
Personalised products are made to your confirmed wording, spelling and colour choices. Please check these carefully, as personalised items generally cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly made.
Third-party material
Designs using third-party logos, characters or artwork are only produced where the business or the customer has permission to use that material. We do not supply counterfeit or unlicensed branded products.
Handmade variation
Items are handmade, so slight variation between pieces is normal and is not a fault.

Production times depend on the item and current workload. Tell us your date required and we will confirm whether it can be met.
